// Frequently asked

The four questions every town asks first.

What does this cost?

The call or video is free. Time in the town carries a fee — that's the work, not a sales visit. If something real is found and we agree to build, I stay, and the company gets built and operated rather than handed back as a report. Exact figures aren't published here; they're set per town, on the call. See Engagement on the home page.

What if the town council says no?

The on-site work is scoped to leave something real behind regardless of what follows — the town keeps what's found. There's no obligation to move to the building stage, and no penalty for stopping before it.

Who owns the company doing the work?

Structured per engagement, based on what the work requires — licensing, scope, and long-term presence in the town all factor in. That structure is confirmed before contracts are signed, not fixed in advance.

Decided per engagement

What happens if James leaves or the practice can't continue?

Continuity provisions — handoff of findings, documentation, and any active work product — are addressed directly in engagement terms, so a town is never left holding an unfinished study with no path forward.
